ROFL... man! this is ridiculous! reminds me of a news reader on DD1 who after giving an account of US open that was in progress ended the news bulletin with - 'aur issi ke saath yeh tournament samapt hota hai' me n my bro were rolling on hearing that.. news was over, and then the focus was back on him.. he was laughing himself as he said - 'maaf kijiyega isi ki saath yeh samachar bulletin samapt hota hai' :) ok my account was at least a slip of tongue.. but this stuff here is soooo terrible! :) tell me you arent serious.. please tell me this isnt true.. hhahahhahahaha… ROFL… man! this is ridiculous!

I remember, during the telecast of the 10,000 mt finals, those chaps couldnt pronounce "Haile Gebrselassie" ... It's the equivalent of a commentator in a cricket match fumbling over how to pronounce Tendulkar... I can believe anything about the DD commentators… the coverage of the olympics that i got to watch on DD was beyond pathetic. That too, quoting Louis Armstrong, when he was supposedly asked what he saw on Earth from the Moon. And repeated mentions of "Bhartiya Sanskriti" being equally old, over 5000 years.
