Thanks for your comment mate! :)

Vikas:
I did not write this. This is a speech by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. It was emailed to me by Kirthana.

I can see where you are coming from. Makes sense. A lot of sense actually :)

Thanks for your comment!

Lovely post!

And taking this forward, if we look closely, we might observe that the external world to some extent can be just an extension/reflection of what we are inside...

When writing about stuff like this one thing that becomes very difficult is to predict how someone might understand what you are saying just because they might understand a word differently. Like you say, some people think that to be 'spiritual' is to be dull, devoid of any joy, serious, and to give up most things deemed as worldly.

I guess at some point everyone must make their own journey of discovery. It is so much like when one person, say A, likes jamoons a lot but eats only one. A person B asks A, 'You ate only one and how come you say you like it?'. A replies, 'I love jamoons, yes, and when I enjoy every molecule in it as much as YOU would enjoy one jamoon, why do I need to stuff myself with many of them?'

I don't know if I am making sense :)

nice post.. Its true that we need to keep an open mind, to accept things and shouldn't take any issue on its face value. But I feel that 'being Spiritual' means different things for different people. I strongly believe that whatever you attitude you posses makes you a better/worse human being. That is what matters.
